What counts as an active document?

An active document is any text open for amendment review — statutes, policy papers, motions. You can archive completed documents and they no longer count against your limit.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

Who are external contributors?

External contributors can submit amendments via a shared link without creating an account. They do not count as users. Available on Team and Organisation plans.

Which export formats are available on each plan?

Solo: Word (DOCX). Team: Word + PDF. Organisation: Word + PDF + CSV + JSON. All exports are included in the plan price — no add-ons.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or associations?
